Clinical Supervision

Space to reflect on your clinical work and how you experience it.

Supervision with me

I’m an AHPRA Board-Approved Supervisor, offering supervision to psychologists and other mental health professionals. Our focus is guided by what you bring. This might include understanding a client’s experiences, working through complex presentations, considering interventions or reviewing progress.

We can also explore, without judgement, what you notice in the therapeutic relationship, where you feel uncertain, and the ethical or professional challenges you encounter. Your experience of the work and your wellbeing are part of these conversations.

Therapeutic approaches

I provide supervision for clinicians working with IFS, EMDR, CBT, ACT, DBT and motivational interviewing.

Areas of interest

Anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, trauma, disordered eating, life transitions and relationship challenges. I also support neurodivergent clients and conduct neurodiversity assessments.

Building a sustainable practice

I hold a Diploma in Business Administration and have established two allied health collectives. Alongside clinical supervision, I offer mentoring around the practical decisions involved in establishing and sustaining a private practice.

Getting started

Supervision is available in Hawthorn and via telehealth. Email me with a little about your work and what you’re seeking.

I will then get in touch to discuss availability, fees and next steps. If you’d find it helpful, we can arrange a 15-minute phone or Zoom conversation to explore whether working together feels like a good fit.
